The Town of Farmland needs to have each household in Farmland fill out a 9 question survey. The town must comply with IDEM (Indiana Department of Environmental Management) concerning our sewage and stormwater.
The survey can be done online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FarmlandUtilities
We will also have hard copies at the city building for anyone who does not have access to a computer. You can also scan the QR code for easy access.
